Missy Higgins & MAC Shiraz Launch
Performing under the stars and amongst the vines at Bird in Hand in the Adelaide Hills, Missy Higgins fused her live band with South Australia’s largest arts organization, The Adelaide Symphony Orchestra at Bird in Hand’s annual vineyard concert. The beloved Melbourne based singer/songwriter augmented all her iconic hits including “Scar”, “The Special Two”, “Steer”, “Where I Stood” and “Everyone’s Waiting” with the state’s best orchestral musicians amongst a full house of 3000 patrons on Friday Dec 9 & 10.
Bird in Hand also released the MAC Shiraz 2013 from the Tribute Series range at a private launch on Saturday Dec 10. Guests included Rory and Belinda Sloane, Silvia Colloca, Shaun Tait, Editor of Instyle magazine, Emily Taylor, Online editor of Marie Claire Natasha Reneker, Nicole Roberts, Executive Office, Adelaide hills wine region amongst others. The new vintage MAC shiraz 2013 follows on from the highly acclaimed 2010 MAC shiraz that was awarded ‘World’s Greatest Shiraz’ by Winestate Magazine in 2015.
