This Mother’s Day, Sunday 13th May, Bird in Hand is open for lunch, and all Mums will be treated to a complimentary glass of Bird in Hand sparkling pinot noir on arrival.
The Gallery restaurant will be offering both the Signature Flight and Joy Flight degustation menus.
The Signature Flight is a shared style menu of seasonal dishes created by chef Ben Fenwick. The menu changes regularly but recent dishes include Cone Bay Barramundi with cauliflower, leek, sauce meuniere and garlic crumb; quail, smoked zucchini, roast fennel and celery heart and salmon belly, fennel, beetroot and mustard butter. The price per person is $85 and booking is essential.
For those looking to indulge in an immersive, long lunch, the Joy Flight is available for bookings. This exciting seasonal culinary journey unfolds to reveal an elite progression of ingredients, flavours and textures. The menu changes according to the sourcing of seasonal ingredients available at the time. The Joy flight must be booked at least seven days in advance and is $130 per person. If you are treating Mum to this special lunch, not only will she receive a complimentary glass of sparkling wine, but also a limited-edition collection of beautiful Easton Pearson linen napkins, which were designed exclusively for Bird in Hand.
All meals can be paired with complementing wines from the Bird in Hand portfolio.
Bookings are essential. Please contact Bird in Hand to enquire on 08 8389 9488 or hospitality@birdinhand.com.au
