This year’s CRUSH festival, taking place across the Adelaide Hills Wine Region is on the weekend of 27 – 28 January.
Bird in Hand is open across the weekend, taking bookings for an epic degustation lunch, as well as offering a more casual Bird BBQ food offering, with complementing wines, and tunes from DJ Madness.
On Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th lunch in The Gallery will be an extremely special seafood degustation with matching wines from the Bird in Hand and Nest Egg portfolios as well as some rare Museum releases. The menu will include seasonal dishes such as coffin bay oysters, spencer gulf prawns, Moreton bay bugs and south-east crayfish. Bookings are essential and the price including wines is $150.
Email hospitality@birdinhand.com.au for tickets.
A more casual offering is also available throughout the weekend. Gourmet beef, chicken and vegetarian burgers with fries can be ordered to enjoy on the Bird in Hand lawns with wine served by the glass or bottle.
