Bird in Hand unveiled its latest collaboration with acclaimed French publishers Assouline at Il Buco, New York and Maison Assouline,London. ‘Bird in Hand: Adelaide hills, Australia’, a hardcover book, celebrates the history and experience surrounding the brand’s spirit. The book takes the reader through a journey of Bird in Hand, A world-renowned producer of fine wine that celebrates place and passion not only through expert vinification but also through food, art, and cultural events. Bird in Hand also unveiled a limited edition box set which feature the book along with a special Cabernet Shiraz blend created by the winemakers in a unique hand blown glass bottle, to celebrate the provenance of truly extraordinary winemaking. Each bottle is accompanied by a unique booklet personally signed by Kym Milne MW, Chief winemaker. Only 20 of these collectors’ items have been made and presented in hand crafted timber boxes and will be available on request.
