Following our successful series of ‘Friday Twilight’ dinners in March and April, we are opening our restaurant, The Gallery again on a number of Friday evenings throughout winter.
On four Fridays throughout June, July and August, chef de cuisine Carlos Astudillo will be presenting a seasonal menu using fresh ingredients from local growers and our own kitchen garden in the elegant, yet relaxed setting of The Gallery.
Dishes to choose from include seasonal figs, Jerusalem artichoke soup, twice-cooked duck and spatchcock with pancetta. See the full menu here.
Guests are welcome to visit the Cellar Door before their meal to enjoy a wine tasting watching the sun go down over the vineyards from our terrace.
The Gallery is open for dinner from 6pm and bookings are recommended. Guests can choose a two or three course menu accompanied by wines from our Bird in Hand and Nest Egg ranges. Or those opting for a more special experience, can indulge in our ‘Joy’ Flight, an exciting culinary journey that unfolds to reveal an elite progression of ingredients, flavours and textures over 5 or 6 courses.*
